I think you must do that with de option migration and look for the correct file. When I do that, after 30 sec the program gives me a list with error. You can find it as an attachment. Therefore, open the s7 project in SIMATIC Manager and check block conistency, there compile all once again. Then you need to check your hw configuration why the modules are not migrated, maybe they are outdated. You might also migrate without HW Config, then you will have only the software.
