I know this method but doing that, it transfer all the program block and deletes the offline blocks. I want to transfer a single online block. This is a critic feature that is very necessary in real work.

You can use the online tool near the bottom of the project tree to go online with an unknown device (rather than going online witha project device). Once online, you can expand the program blocks, then you can drag/drop any block from the online device into your project.
