S7-1200 PID start

Hi,

I'm testing some PID regulation (actually PI). After every project download to the PLC PID goes to Inactive mode. Is there a way to PID starts automatically without commissioning every time?

And is there a way to start PID without tuning? I want to set parameters manually.
