How work visible in hmi?

David1981 Posts: 161 Rating: (2)	Hello Guys, I am learning with Wincc tia portal, and I don´t know like work the option visible in Hmi, ok I make a DB in step7 11 proffesional and make two variables, in the firsti write "visible in hmi", and the secondi don´t write "visible in hmi colum", i go to wincc and i don´t see different, i go to connections and i don´t see tag connecction, thank you so much.

Ok, more or lees, I understand like work visible in hmi, but when I go to wincc I see values that no mark with this option, for example take a i/o field, i go to properties -> process->tag, to the right of tag, i have two buttons, i click in the left button, and i see more values that isn´t mark with "visible in hmi", also I don´t undertand the next sentences: "Accessible from HMI"-> Shows whether HMI can access this tag during runtime. What´s mean "Shows whether HMI can access this tag during runtime."?. bye.

If you do notenable theoption "Accessible from HMI", you can not see thetagfrom theHMI side. You can not see the name of PLC tag in the column " PLC tag" in the tag table of your HMI.
