S7 PROJECT FC ISSUE

simple23 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	HELLO, WE HAD AN EXISTING PROJECT IN S7 400 WHICH ONE FC(50) NAMEd lubrication and one for the fc(55) for main motor which will probably INTERLOCKED WITH THE LUBRICATION. SINCE in our mill inlet and outlet oil lubrication has a change over oil filter so that we can make servicing for the back up filter,,but the problem is we cannot changeover the filter when mill is in operation since when binary input adress change from 1 to 0 the main motor totally interlocked. so i tried to create a fault survey with the input of the oil pressure so i can create a delay of a 4 second ,let say memory bit M250.1 in a negate signal and this will be the interlocking of my main motor. in FC(50)LUBRICATION when the input change from 1 to 0 in 4 s elapsed time the M250.1 will change to 1, but in the FC(55)MAIN MOTOR BLOCK, OF THE AST(TOTAL INTERLOCKED) M250.1 REMAINS 0 thats why my motor continue running without interlocked. here attach the snapshot of my project. Thats why at one place its 1 and at other place its almighty Zero. See the attached file for more clearity, where in the network one M250.1 is 1, and in network 3 its Zero. simple23 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	hi manmeet,, just discovered today,when i used plc sim the project i made works well, the value of memory bit M250.1 IN (FC50) LUBRICATION changes from 0 to 1 and so the value of of my M250.1 IN (FC 55) MAIN MOTOR TOTAL INTERLOCKED changes as well. But in real plc S7 400 when the M250.1 in (FC50) changes from 0 to 1 THE VALUE of M250.1 in (FC55) remains at 0. I even reset the plc and downloaded the new user program,but still problem exist.do i miss something? hope you can help,ive been browsing this since 2 days to find out what the cause of this situation
