GD12 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am currently trying to install TIA portal V11 on a windows XP professional 2002 SP3 laptop and keep receiving the following error. MSI File initialization failed: ERROR_PATCH_PACKAGE_OPEN_FAILED Is this a problem with my windows software or the TIA install package?

This is with STEP 7 V11 not compatible.
