Control based on time of day

t-dub Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I would like to use a LOGO as a time clock to control an output (Q1) which will operate a bell for 3 sec. as a call to work or at break time, noon, etc. So, at 12:00PM, the bell would ring for 3 seconds. At 1:00PM, the bell would ring for 3 seconds... etc. There are twelve different times I would like the bell to ring. Does a LOGO have the functionality to control an output based on the time of day?

t-dub Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I reviewed the Weekly Timer function. From what I can see, you can only set it by minutes, and not seconds. I need the alarm to go off for only 3 seconds, and not any longer. Any ideas?

Wizard Diamond Member Joined: 4/24/2006 Last visit: 12/24/2025 Posts: 9097 Rating: (1202)	Hello t-dub, When you use Weekly timer, you should also use 'wiping relay (pulse output)' So you start the weekly timer at 12.00 and stop it at 12.01 and the wiping relay you give parameter: 3 sec. pulse output.
