Adnan Shahid Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I am installing STEP 7 Professional Ver 11 I have Windows XP Professional 2002 SP3 installed After initialization andselecting language, it gives the error MSI File Initialization Failed : ERROR_OPEN_FAILED What could be the reason ?? Please help.
