Cannot Activate Remote Desktop Sharing with Netmeeting

After I right-click the Remote Desktop Sharing icon in the notification area, and then click Activate Remote Desktop Sharing, it does not activate it and I cannot remote connect to it. The status of the NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing service is Started. I'm using Rack PC 547B with pre-installed WinXP+SP3 and PCS7 v7.1 with windows firewall disabled. ( I have also unsuccesfully tried to google for a solution)

There are two types of remote support solutions: hosted (e.g., logmeinrescue, gosupportnow etc) and on-premise (e.g., Lync software package or RHUB appliances).
