Mian Khan Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	dear experts, I have three unserviceable 6sn1118 infeed modules . 1. all leds are off and no output of +-15v, 5v and 24v. is this problem can be soved at sight or i have to get them repaired from any where, and also give me suggestion that how and from where i can get these repaired.

Mian Khan Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	dear experts, I have switched the IR module by connecting three phase supply on workshop bench with out choke and filter, ONLY S6 IS ON, the connection to the pre-charging contactor are removed.then switched on, the red led of electronics supply and green LED are bright.the voltage on connector X141 are available, why the LED of electronics supply is bright while all voltages are OK. can I connect this IR module to the machine. regards; MIAN KHAN

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello, Your not suppose to switch on IR module with out the choke it is very very dangerous..... you will have blast.... you need have the incomning supply that should be given to line filter incoming line and output from the line filter that is LOAD connection should be given Choke input and Choke out put should be given to IR module this how the connection should be..... You can refer the attachment which i haveposted earlier...in this there is information clearly given check it... Healthy sign of the IR module is Orange colour LED....ensure this is glowing....
