Regards. Tomy This may be old information but the last thing I recall reading is this... Get the V11 SP2 trial DVD. Install the trial on win7-64 Get trial portal working. Get the floating license usb key for V11 SP2 (purchase). Transfer floating license from key to your portal install. Test that it is now fully licensed and no longer trial version. Along the way, contact Siemens Support with problems before going to the next step. If you have microsoft office or other siemens software installed on this same machine, you may want to try this in a virtual machine (VMware as one example). Perhaps that is what you are asking. If there are problems, you may take this to heart: If possible, start with a fresh install of Win7-64, no Siemens software, and any of the newer Microsoft Office products uninstalled (they seem to interfere with some installs). Check the forums for the exact product family causing problems if you are having problems with the trial install.
