Frantisek In the s7-1200 system manual and the online help shows string functions available. Checking either of these would quickly point your solution to be the concat function. No waiting for someone to read, and find time to respond. Help yourself and save time

Frantisek If you have the instruction pane visible inyour portal, go to the extended instructions, and expand the string and character instructions. From there, you can see at a glance all the available functions for your PLC. If you hover over each one, it gives you a quick note about what each function does. If you hover, then click, it opens the help for a more detailed explanation. This is often more than I need to solve the routine problems I face. For the odd or more abstract problems like simulating a Queue or FIFO or LIFO in a PLC without that native capability, I might resort to google and these forums.
