Temperature PID (ON/OFF) Control

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to apply PID Controller to control the temperature inside an extruder, but the heaters are controlled using solidstate relays (ON/OFF) Control.

Can I have help here on how to apply this in TIA Portal Software?

I'm using CPU315, OK I'm going to use FB43 (PULSEGEN) as it is more suitable for Controlling SSRs.
please, do you have any example for it as I'm searching in the forum with no result.

Check this sample (Pid_test.zip ) for STEP 7.If you have both STEP 7 Professional(TIA Portal) and STEP 7 in your system you can do the conversion.
