ACK Button on a Comfort Panel with Keyb

PLC10 Member Joined: 5/21/2012 Last visit: 7/7/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I'm working with TIA Portal V11 SP2 and a Comfort Panel KP700. Its a key pannel not touch. My problem is with the ACK system key. It doesn't acknowledge the displayed alarm and led button is lit permanently. However, I can acknowledge the displayed alarm whith keys CTRL+ENT and led goes off. The alarms are configured like a "Errors" alarms class. The errors alarm class are configured with "Alarm with simple acknowledgment". I don't have group of alarms. Some idea ??? Thanks in advance!
