300/400 Project upload

Am having v11 sp2 upd5, V12 softwares. am having cpu 300,400 series whose mlfb are available in TIA profesional software. I could able to do upload on S7-1200, but dont know procedure on 300,400. can anybody give me link.. regards vipz

I could able to do upload on S7-1200, but dont know procedure on 300,400. can anybody give me link.. regards vipz Hello, As far as I know, upload like what we have in STEP 7 is not possible.I think first you should manually recreate the hardware and then try for uploading the blocks from available device: Normally,I prefer using STEP7 because still there is some points to be adapted with.as I consulted section 15.2.4 of THIS Reference.For uploading a project from a S7 300 CPU, it is necessary to complete a suitable hardware in TIA and go online to the project and select ONLINE-->UPLOAD FROM DEVICE.But I think the best way is to upload the project with STEP7 and if you want to work further on that, migrate it in TIA.For migration,you need both TIA Portal and STEP7.If you want to be sure for all support hardware for TIA check the catalog inside program or a list that be found here by search. Nelliyan randy Posts: 461 Rating: (29)	The uploading procedure in tia is same for all plc's..Only thing u have to create a proper hardware configuration as it s in the backplane Keep ur PC's ip address in the PLC network( perform a ping for confirmation) & then try go online this link help u to execute the process..
