How to make this program a single command

with arrays:
if I0.0 then
while n<100 do
array[n]:=array[n+1];
n:=n+1;
end_while;
end_if;

Or perhaps faster is MOVE_BLK, you will need to move all the block twice, first on temporary area and then back to destination/source.

Or maybe you don't even need this if you make a circle buffer, you put new value on the place of old value, you need to store write_index and read_index,.... but first explain why do you need to shift entire area.
