installing simatic pc adepter usb v12

i am using a windos 7 system in my laptop. with vm ware player for using a windows xp at time i want to install pc ad usb v12 in windows xp but i have still problem as below

One or more files were not transferred correctly during installation of the simatic Pc usb v12 sofware
Install the software again.
If the error still occurs, contact your Siemens representative, as it is probably a fault on the diskette/CD.

not only this softwer but also all softwer when i install them it give me same erroe and my instaltion are not complit
