Read Problem with Fw3.0.2

Djone.Thome Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi, I got a new CPU s7-1200 1214c-dc-dc-dc and it comes with fw3.0.2 and with the TIA v12 sp1 upd3 I annot read the CPU what should I do? (obs: it locate the cpu but I could not upload the progran, and when I search for devices and I go to Online Diagnostics it doesn't show the firmware.) The model is: 6ES7-214-1AG31-0XB0, I ALREADY INSTALLED THE SUPPORT PACKAGE AND NOTHING... THE V12 SAYS WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD PLC NOT REACHED... Attachment show device.jpg (226 Downloads)

Reset PLC to factory defaults Sadly, this seems to have been the norm since the s7-1200's were released back in 2010 and have not really changed all that much.
