Willians Dutra Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I've seen many questions about Modbus TCP but could not find my answer. Does S7-MEC suports Modbus TCP? If yes, how may I do It? This was the most close that I got, but it did not work for me: /tf/WW/en/Posts/48239 Thank you.

Willians Dutra Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, In the end, the solution it is not so hard: 1-Download openmodbus lib and modbustcp wizard. 2-There are some steps to import the blocks to your app, but the manual is very simple in this part 3-Open the example from the lib and copy the blocks to your solution 4-Using Modbustcp wizard point to your project and your block folder. 5-Follow the wizard to creat a db that represents your connection. This is the most trick part! When you have the chance to choose the port. The right port does not have a line alone. If you do not read the line that begins with 2xx5(I do not remember now if it is 205 or 2005) you will not see the first MEC port at the end of the line!!! These are the steps that works. The example has multiple projects so you have to choose what is close to your need. I used 3xx slave. To be honest the hardest parts are pointed in bold. :)
