Cuke Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello I have a customer that claims the WinAC RTX 2005, while a production machine was in cycle, lost it’s program completely, the machine stopped. We were able to get it back by resorting the wld file? Is this possible or is the only way to delete user program is to MRES? I know that you can also do it by going to the WinAC folder and Deleting WINLC0 files, but you will have to know about this. The Customer I’m sure doesn’t. So is there a log file to see if MRES was pushed by mistake and if so where is it PLEASE. Regards Charles

If a dll made by the ODK will perform an illegal instruction (divide by zero, out of array index, debug assertion), the PLC will crash, and lose the PLC program. When you try to restart the PLC the INTF led will burn red, and in the diagnostic buffer an error message will be displayed (MRES required). Maybe this happened? Kind regards, Jan Kampen

So came back earliy, I loaded the new version RTX 2005 HF3 and the machine ran for 2 hours and stopped this time it stopped on Alarms written in the Progarm and we were able to find a loose plug on a analog transducer which stops all axis at once ? Could it be that the RTX4.1 SP1 couldn't handle the code, all I did was change version and I have the same program running on soft PLC and hard????
