GRAFCET in the S7-1200

I wonder if it is possible to program the S7-1200 using Grafcet in TIA Portal this option is only valid when I select a CPU S7-300 or 400.

seems this is not possible in S7-1200.

But, I also think programming in graphset is really a luxury option that's not necessary.

You can just draw your own graphset and program in ladder or fbd.
Just draw a graphset with your different steps and transitions,
and use as a rule... before going to the next step, check if that step is executed an the transition conditions are fulfilled. I learned it in school back in the days and it still works.

If you really want to program in the language "GRAPHSET" and not think about the transition rules and so on, an expert might come up with a solution. But I think it's not possible in S7-1200.
