Hi mehtabahmed, Here are you answers: 1) When pressing start latching contact run closes, this cause run to be active until stop is pressed TON (on delay timer) starts running, after 2000(ms?) TONTag.DN is set causing the counter value to go up. When the counter reaches 5 CounterTag.DN is set. So my guess 2000x5 = 10000(ms?). 2) use TOF to simplefy your program. Start sets timer TOF (with preset 8000ms), connect output of timer with greenlight 3) first press t = 0s timer goes active, after 2,5s(current time elapsed 2,5s) (C=1) second press at t = 3s(time elapsed 5,5s) (C=2) third press t = 7 (time elapsed 9,5s) (C=3) fourth press t = 11 (time elapsed 13,5s) (C=4) fifth t = 17s (time elapsed 19,5s) (C=5) sixth t = 23s (time elapsed 25,5s) (C=6) seventh t = 29s (time elapsed 31,5s) (C=7) eight t = 37s (time elapsed 39,5s) (C=8) ninth t = 41s (time elapsed 43,5s) (C=9) tenth t = 47s (time elapsed 49,5s) (C=10) So after 49,5s CounterTag.DN is set. 4) after 2,5s C= 1, after 7,5s C=2 after 12,5s C=3. CounterTag.DN is set after 12,5s 5) on start: A >= B => CU, counter = 1 after 2s: TONTag.ACC = 0, TONTag2.ACC = 2 (A<B) after 3s: TONTag.ACC = 1, TONTag2.ACC = 0 (A>B) => CU, counter = 2 after 4s: TONTag.ACC = 0, TONTag2.ACC = 1 (A<B) after 6s: TONTag.ACC = 0, TONTag2.ACC = 0 (A=0) => CU, counter = 3 Answer = after 6s the redlight bitis true.
