TIA installation problem

niila Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	hi my system is xp professional sp3 i am trying to install tia portal v11 sp2 but when i do this it gives: you must restart your computer before install but even i do this after restart tia window appears and just on the left bottom is writing ''initializing'' then nothing what should i do

Suggestions: First: Check if in the installation page there is a typ about how is the possible causes. Follow it. Second: take a look at FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/BR/view/en/8861819, it is concerning about other softwares, but once the problem comes from the windows, the probable solution is the same.
