Using variable as Timer preselection

I want to use a variable number (real, integer, ...) as a timer preselection of time (PT) but timers use data type "time" and I do not find any function that converts from "real" to "time"
Is there any way of doing something like this? I want that final user could change this timer time selection.

1. Using round to convert the real variable to DINT and losing the fraction.
2. Multiply the DINT by L#1000 to have an equivalent of value in milliseconds
3. Use T_CONV to convert DINT to TIME variable
4. All variables should be 32-bit
