In V13 it is possible to zoom select area. But how the selection of the area can be made ? Why V13 has not such useful feature ?

Some icons/buttons were changed and moved. Please find the answer in the JPG. If I did not understand correctly.. please make a screenshot for TIA11 of what you seek.
