HMI KTP 600 - OS Update - License restoration

Ingenious Regular Member Joined: 8/22/2013 Last visit: 2/20/2025 Posts: 37 Rating: (0)	Hi, I had a problem while updating the OS of the panel, the process stopped suddenly and communication error message got displayed and the panel stopped working. After that i was not able to communicate with the panel. This error was clearead using "Pro Save" by updating the OS. while updating i got a message that the license data will be cleared, now the panel is working properly but how can i restore the license data? i have a CD from our vendor written "License and open source software for this product" over it, but it does not contain any executable files.
