Which Software application should I Install first

Simatic manager must always be installed first when you install Siemens software, you cannot link WinCC or WinCC Flexible to Step 7 if you install them first.

WinCC uses SQL server, while WinCC Flexible uses SQL Express, andan installation o Express blocks the setup of files required by Server.The contrary works,so WinCC must be installed before WinCC Flexible.

In summary, Step 7, then WinCC, finally winCC Flexible.
And put as much memory as you can in the PC, it will need it with such an installation.
