Having some trouble on doing PID level control at TIA Portal V11

Hi everybody, I here because I'm having some trouble on doing the PID level control at Tia Portal V11. Well, I'm trying this over a week and I almost get it, but when I start the PLC and give the PID compact block a setpoint, the proportional valve that I'm using do not works well (It do not correspond, opening or closing, in comparison to the step I give to the setpoint). I don't know what is happening, I think I did the project in a correct manner but is not working. If anybody else could help me, tell me that I give the project in PDF though e-mail.
