RESOLVED! Our local tech support guy found the answer. The HMI has to be upgraded to V12 in the project before upgrading. Select HMI, change device, select new V12 version and save. When downloaded it upgrades the HMI firmware.

Hi, have you in the project befor a HMI version < V11 ? I have nake this thest with HMI Version V11 and V12, and it works correctly on my site. Regards Christoph |

Some of my applications are upgrading while keeping the V11 HMI configuration. In others the HMI gets deleted. But changing it to V12 before the upgrade seems to be working. I have dozens of applications. I hope this fixes this bug. I wasted about 5 hrs on it. |

Be careful to inspect the screens. I had one button consistently get deleted - the home button !!!
