TIA V12 - no startup possible anymore

Thorgal Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Since a while, no startup of TIA V12 is possible anymoren (worked before without problem). This screen appears (see attachement). Tried total uninstall and re-install, did'nt fix it. Attachment TIAERROR.JPG (258 Downloads)

Can you post the diagnostic Data? This should be stored in the directory ProgramData/Siemens/automation/Portal V12/Diagnostics. Regards Christoph

Thorgal Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I can't remember that I installed new software at that point. It was a regular thing in the past that now and then TIA V12 gave an unexpected error and closed when normal working. In the past I could always fix this by un- and re-installing the software but now it doesn't even get started up. After that procedure.
