Logo 0BA8 , possible to send html post ?

biancavy Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hi All, i'm happy about the new 0BA8 Logo's , i'm currently building a weather station with it for curtain control in a barn. Now, i was wondering if it's possible to push a varaible to the device with a POST method ? (or any other way) I want to know the wind speed and direction in my area, and i could choose to install an anemometer and wind direction meter, but i thought it would be easer (and allot cheaper) to have that information collected form the internet. I could write a php script that collects the data but i don't see how i can get that data to the Logo. Any help is higly appreciated !

Take a look in the manual for the DataLog. It can be created in a file more records if they put a SD card into the logo.

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/25/2025 Posts: 36377 Rating: (4544)	You can download the DataLog file via ethernet and save as a csv file on your PC. the csv file can then be imported to Excel and analyze the logged data in Excel.

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, without some Tricks you can not get vaolues from Internet and forward it to LOGO!. The only ay I see is a PC with an OPC-Server. Then you need to program to get the values form Internet and forward it to the right Adress for LOGO!. LOGO! then can take the valus by using Network analgo inputs. I belive this is what you are asking for. There are some other possibilities but you need to find out the communication: 1. S7-communication via TCP/IP. In this case you can directly "write/read" data from/to LOGO! 2. find out how the communicaton is done via Web-Browser and LOGO! via the Web-Server 3. find out how the communication is done via a HMI asd LOGO! and "simulate" the HMI. But I know of no "direct" sollution for your question. Hope this helps
