I have been using Step 7 professional Edition 2010 Version V5.5 + WinCC Flexible 2008 Standard V1.3

Now we need to move on to Step 7 TIA portal V13 and WinCC comfort. And we need our current software (mentioned above) still to be able to run. 

What are the licences we need to buy?

you need the PowerPackage & Upgrade , licence Type should be the Combo so you can use this Licence for TIA V13 and the existing Step7 Professional 2010.

Which license do you need to upgrade from STEP 7 version V5.x, V11 or V12 to the TIA Portal V13?

Which licenses do you need for the upgrade from WinCC flexible / WinCC to WinCC (TIA Portal) and in WinCC (TIA Portal)?

I thought powerpack is for upgrading from step 7 basic versions, but i already have Step7 Professional 2010. So i need the following one:
