Hello, Each license key has a unique serial number. When contact support and ask for license recovery, the ask you to send a photo of hard copy license which contain that serial number and may be photo of USB stick which contain also the same serial number. Thy ask you to send a log file which will tell them clearly that the license is deffected. Once they are sure that your license is corrupted, they will send to you via FEDEX or any other equivalent fast mail a USB which conatining another license by the same serial number. You will not gain any thing if you have two licences with same serial number coz you can not sell them both because you have only one hard copy license. Hope this helps.
