Programación de autómata LOGO

Me gustaría saber si el autómata LOGO, se puede programar como un racionalizador, ó, gestor de cargas,

para que no se sobrepase el valor del ICP de una instalación.

Y si también se pueden temporizar esas cargas.

La instalación sería la siguiente, tenemos dos cámaras frigoríficas y queremos que funcionen

alternativamente durante 20 minutos cada una, pero si hay alguna que en su periodo de funcionamiento 

no actua, porque ya ha llegado a su temperatura, que pase automáticamente a la que si lo necesita.
