Network connection to 0BA8 12/24RCE

Hi I'm trying to program this LOGO! but can't properly connect to it.

Computer IP: 192.168.0.199 Subnet 255.255.255.0

LOGO! IP (Display) 192.168.000.001, Subnet 255.255.255.000,

Gateway: 192.168.000.000

I can ping the LOGO!, but when I try to connect it  fails the test and when I try to download I get the message the Unable to access the remote device.

I've also received a message like: the computer is on a wrong subnet should we change this and then is fails it adjusting it, but there is only a direct connection between computer en LOGO!

I need to get this running what can I do to make this work?

When you download and insert the Address and hit Test, what happens?

Hi, I'd shut off the Wireless and than connection was fine and system ran properly. Maybe the wireless connection caused the mess up.
