Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Importing technical question of a user Dear friend when I reloading the S5 programme to S5 95 u plc using SIEMENS FIELDPG operating system windows 2000 professional,i get the sestem error message 0334. I already check the advice given below by EXPERT for the same problem in last OCTOBER 2000 System Error pls. give any other remedy if have with regards kareem

Rob Boumans Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	I did a test and get only the same Error when Com1 settings are wrong. the good settings are BPS 2400 DATA 1 Par None Stop.b 1 Flow Hardware You can try this with Hyperterminal under Windows. With this you can also link your PG with other computer and use Hyperterminal to check if the Comport is working well. Ofcourse settings in Step 5 have to be Com1 Standard and cable should be wright port. (Parallel is same plug on PG)

It's about Win XP but I guess some of the advice given is also important when using Windows 2000. "System message no. 0334" when attempting to go online with STEP 5 V7.2 in Windows XP"
