System Detail: PLC S7-1200 1214C with SB 1223 Encoder Baumer HTL 1024PPR incremental 0..30VDC In this application there are two incremental encoders(1024PPR) which are connected to the main hoist rope drum. we have given 24VDC supply to encoders and K1 and K2 of both encoders are connected to HSC inputs 0.0,0.1 and 0.2,0.3 respectively. we have used shielded cable for this connection. Now our main problem is that we are not able to get 1024 count per 1 revolution as per encoder specification. also as per our requirement we need positive counts in both forward and reverse direction. we have done the hardware configuration as Type of counting =count Operating phase=A/B track Initial counting dir=count up. Please help thanks in advance
