4k UHDTV with Simatic IPC

Hello!

I need to order Simatic IPC 627D or Simatic IPC847D and connect them to 4k UHDTV (second monitor). I saw several videocards with required resolution (3840x2160). Videocards needs PCI Express 3.0.

What version PCI express in that IPC's?

I choose SIMATIC IPC627D (Box PC)

according to the technical specs of IPC627D, the used chipset is an "Intel DH82C226 PCH".

This chipset provides PCI Express Revision 2.0, see https://ark.intel.com/de/products/75522/Intel-C226-Chipset for details.

In section 1.1.2 Features  - Possible configurations with expansion cards -
• IPC627D:  – 1 × PCIe x4 Rev. 2.0, 1 × PCIe x16 Rev. 3.0

• IPC827D: – 3 × PCI Rev. 2.2, 1 × PCIe x4 Rev. 2.0, 1 × PCIe x16 Rev. 3.0

I will try to connect UHDTV to IPC also via internal display port + displayport - hdmi cable.
