Hardware error INVALID_DRIVE

Dear Experts,

We are facing a problem while opening Simatic manager and Starter (S7 integrated) as " Hardware error INVALID_DRIVE".

This error is appearing only after loading starter V4.5SP1, before With Starter V4.4.SP1 there was no problem.

Our programs are having Starter integrated in S7, and while this error is occurring the DCC charts are getting deleted, and not able to open the CFC charts.

We are using S7 V5.5 SP4, Starter V4.5 SP1, CFC V8.2.

We are using HP probook, with Windows 7 professional SP1.

Tried by repairing the S7, re-installing starter, even completely formatted the OS and then installed S7 V5.5 SP4 and StarterV4.5SP1.

If we un install CFC then there is no error but we cant open the DCC charts.

We tried to install starter V4.5SP1 in different laptops,  in two Laptops (HP pro book 450 G3)  and in one laptop (HP ProBook 440 G2) facing same problem.

And in Three Laptops (HP ProBook 4540s) There is no problem, the S7 and Starter are working fine.

Kindly suggest on the above.

hello pavannoi, please tell me again briefly how can i skip that error, actually i installed os windows 7 ultimate 64 bit sp1 after that instlled drivers and after that installed  PCS7 8.2 version, minerals, After i open the simatic manager hard ware error is, what i will do  showing.
