How to change from booleans to bytes?

But I´m trying to change from booleans to bytes, because I´m making a master-slave system, and I don´t really know how to do it.

very simply. Let your comm buffer is f.ex. MB100 and your bits are I10.4, M5.0. In this case (example) put bits to byte:

M100.0:=I10.4;

M100.1:=M5.0;

M100.0 is first bit in MB100, logically.
