Totalizer

Dear Expert, 

i have some questions regarding Totalizer block from siemens FB100. I am using this block but i have physically one totalizer hardware with me also. 

1).  The value of both totalizers mismatches at the same setting

2). the block called in OB32 not in OB35 as far i know it requires cyclic intrupt. so is it neccessary to call it in OB35 ?

if not then what is the reason my totalizer counter read different. 

Kindly go through with that and guide me with the best possible way to eradicate it .

 Totalizer is from Scheck Process and step 7 is V5.5.

 I have one weigh feeder for schenck process . It has its own controller (intecont tersus) which is automatically counting the feed rate  ...  

i am having process value of the flow rate in tons per hour.. i want to totalize it. so i am using this fb100

i have configured it but i just want to know why it is showing difference in reading i have resetted both totalizers but there is a difference in reading .... 

as far as i know the controller schenck process it is counting through this formula. 

Total = Total + PV * cycle (time/Time base)
