logic operation

Pls, I need some help to understand logic operations in step 7, can anyone help me with manual.

You will find the basic bit-logic instructions for Step 7 in the following attachment, taken from the STL for S7-300/400 manual:

Each instruction is analysed in the following pages of chapter 1. There are also Word-logic instructions in the same manual that you could be interested in., 

You can compare with manuals for LAD, FBD and SCL to see how these instructions are codified in different programming languages

 For more details on each logic instruction and how tha Status word bits of Step 7 and the RLO bit (result of logic operation) are affected by each, look up the instructions section of the S7-300 Instruction list manual (see chapter 9):

I downloaded the manual but it's on stl.  but am  more familiar with fbd plus how can I understand this ?

Would it seem a good idea to download the FBD manual for S7-300, possibly using the Search box at the right of this page?

Try "Function Block Diagram S7-300" as a search term, and filter for Manual.

you can also write STL code and then try convert via Menu to FBD/LAD, maybe in most cases as this can be Help examples, you can be lucky with conversion. In other side you'll also learn some STL code what can be also helpful to you.
