You are working with an uploaded program from a S7-300 (or S7-400) CPU? The fact that you have no symbol or parameter information is quite normal. Symbols, commets and parameter names are not downloaded to the CPU along with the program blocks after compilation, so they cannot be retrieved, unless you have access to the original program.
