PC adapter missing

Hello,

I installed today STEP 7 v5.6 HF4 on my Windows 10 Home laptop. I want to set PC adapter in PG/PC interface but i dont find it there.

I was triing :

- delete the Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data (ProgramData is a  hidden folder, you must enable the show hidden Folders option in Windows Explorer)

Open a cmd Shell with adminstrator rights (cmd -> Run as Administrator)

type s7epaIMP64x.exe in the Admin shell.

after that i lost all Interface

- Install PC adapter driver

- Uinstall ALL Siemens tools in my PC (TIA, Step 7, atc.) Install driver first and install  STEP 7

Nothing works

which adapter you use exactly? (MLFB/Order Number)

is the Adapter detectet in Windows if you plug in on USB?
Is the Adapter listed in the Device Manager of Windows?

I use 6GK1 571-0BA00-0AA0

In device manager i see it.

But today i start laptom and try again s7epaIMP64x.exe and everithing is working. I dont understat what happend but it works..
