Archive and Retrieve

Hi all,

I accidentally deleted my compressing software about a year ago trying to free up space and only realized it when I tried to archive a PLC program.

I have recently purchased Winzip and installed but when I try archiving it starts archiving then opens up an exit code error window having previously opened a Winzip window requiring me to okay it.. I have gone into Simatic Manager>options>customize>archive and checked the archive and retrieve paths are all ticked. For archiving it ends /Siemens/Step7/S7Tmp for retrieval it ends Users/admin/downloads. I have watched videos on archiving S7 projects and I'm not doing anything different from I have previously done.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Winzip but the same problems keeps coming up.

Any help please?
