COM 246 - would like to be able to open and/or reload in the module concerned

TLennertz Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, A customer has a simodrive with an IP 246 positioning module that appears to have lost its data. I have a file backup with the extension ".246" that I would like to be able to open and/or reload in the module concerned. I have STEP5 V7.23 software installed but not COM246 [https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/pk/en/view/24024355 ] software which seems to be necessary for what I would like to do. Would anyone know how to send me COM246 or another method to reload the.246 file Thank You in advance, Tibor
