poonstep Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	I can not open SIMATIC Manager because I think there is no license key for a trial version I download an installer from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/hu/en/view/109749428 -Description "As a registered customer you can download SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional 2017 and test it for 21 days with the included trial license. The trial license is automatically activated if no full license is available" I don't have any full-license or any license to be active for using a trial version Any suggestion for me? The messag say that Step7 can't start the ALM Service, so no check if a licence is active and no trial activation. Which operation system do you use? Which alm version do you use? Regards Christoph
