STRANGE PROBLEM PLC et200s conecting laptop

Hello Friends.

I wrote the program and download to PLC.

I go to online and monitor the program seeing the ladder program.
But when I START the plc  and give 24v to input module I see that the led light is turn on but  nothing happened in program. In the program input and output do not activate.

Help me friends. Thanks a lot.
