Why does only the @actual value change to blue color

there are DBs in one project that when i open it and make it online there is two column with @actual value bule colored and other actual value and white? why is like that? and when i change a input that goes through this db with modbus protocol to another system only @actual value blue colored changes and in other system nothing receives. why this happens? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
