Hello,

i  got a problem when i made an archiving i got a message No archive program is installed do you have any how to get the archive program?

From STEP 7 V5.2 the program PKZip 4.0 is included for archiving and retrieving programs.To be sure if any of archiving program is configured in your STEP 7,  use Options--->Customize-->Archiving. If there is no program listed in "Configured" section , try to do that manually.Please read more here:
